 Basement Drainage Systems

Most houses do not have adequate drainage systems on the exterior of the foundation resulting in moisture in your basement.  Once the water gets into the interior of your home, an internal perimeter drainage system installed in the basement will contain and remove any moisture that comes in through the foundation.

Installing a perimeter drainage system inside your basement consists of jack hammering a 4'' trench around the affected area and then applying a plastic drainage track to the trench along with 3'' perforated drainage tile. The  area is then backfilled with pea gravel and finished with concrete.
