Crawlspace Drainage Systems

Most houses do not have adequate drainage systems on the exterior of the foundation resulting in moisture or standing water in your crawlspace.  Once the water gets into the interior of your home, an internal perimeter drainage system installed in the crawlspace will contain and manage any moisture that comes in through the foundation.

An internal perimeter drainage system consists of  4" perforated socked drainage tile with gravel backfill.  This allows the water to flow unobstructed to a sump pit with a sump pump that discharges the water outside of the crawlspace.
